Our Values

Social Impact

Entrepreneurship that thinks carefully about the impact it wants to have and puts the creation of social value before all else.

Innovation

Championing the pursuit and development of bold ideas that act locally, but think globally.

Collaboration

Bridge-building between industries, sectors, social enterprises and affected communities.

Evidence

Demonstrating our impact and continuously learning how we can improve (even from failure!) as well as being informed by the evidence base of others.

Respect

People feeling safe enough to bring their unique strengths and voices to the table.

Equity

Social entrepreneurship that addresses disparities, particularly in relation to access to employment.

We work in a hands-on capacity with:

  • Existing organisations that identify as a social enterprise
  • Existing organisations that identify as operating a social enterprise
  • Individuals or organisations seeking to establish a social enterprise
  • Social entrepreneurs or aspiring social entrepreneurs

The Frankston Social Enterprise Hub also hosts members of the social enterprise support ecosystem, bringing them together to enable the cross pollination of resources, skills and expertise in order to strengthen social enterprises.
